A clean holiday rental can be the difference between a 5 Star review and big thumbs down from your guests.

We have years of experience working in both hotels and holiday homes and know the importance of making sure the job is done to the highest standard and as fast as possible.

We are very flexible in our scheduling of these jobs as we know the pressure that you can be under to have everything in place for your next guests.

We also provide a laundry service for customers who live far away from their property or do not have the time, this involves:

  • Removing bed linen and towels to be washed and dried and having them ready for the next let.

All rooms:

  • Vacuuming of all floors throughout the house including stairs

  • Mopping of all floors throughout the house

  • Skirting, Architrave, Doors, Light switches and lamp shades – Cleaned/Dusted where needed

  • Cobweb removal from corners of ceilings and walls (If needed)

  • Polishing of horizontal surfaces eg: Sideboards, TV Stands, Window Sills, Lockers etc

  • Mirrors polished

  • Bins emptied and cleaned

  • Checking behind units, cupboards, under beds etc for items left behind by previous Guests

Kitchen

  • Fridge/freezer emptied and cleaned

  • All other kitchen appliances cleaned

  • Kitchen units emptied and cleaned

  • Worktops disinfected

  • Tiles Cleaned and left shining

  • Internal windows and ledges cleaned/polished

  • Sink(s) taps and limescale cleaned

Living Room

  • Fireplace/Mantle

Bedrooms

 

  • Dressed for next Guests

Bathrooms

  • Thorough clean of Bathrooms

  • Steam Clean of all tight and hard to reach areas that conventional cleaning methods just cannot reach eg: shower door rollers, around taps, plug holes, bases of toilets.

  • Tiles, Bathroom fixtures and mirrors left shining
